Footpatrol offers a straightforward return process, allowing customers to return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all tags remain attached and footwear is returned in its original box to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate a Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a printable shipping label or a digital QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the designated drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 working days of reaching our warehouse.
